Before You Start Hero Fit
Now this program is to help you transition from a beginner level of training to a intermediate level of training when it comes to developing strength endurance. If you start this program and find it too challenging within the first month of training come back to this page. Below you will find a simple workout plan for you to follow to prepare you for starting the Hero Fit program. If you are unsure of where you are at with your current training You can follow this simple program for a month and then lead into the beginning of the Hero Fit program.
